There was also a time when the idea of losing weight was not even present in our society, people ate what Mom cooked for dinner and went to work. The difference in this society and in today's society is that the work was not behind a computer screen, but in the fields or in a warehouse. People worked physically because it was the only way to work, in fact, that's why it was called work! It was often during this period that people could eat anything they wanted because they burned many more calories than they consumed.
But, like all good things, this too has passed and the technology of today's world has left us in one condition - an overweight. Our lifestyles have changed so much and our comfort has increased tenfold. As they say, every rose has its thorns and for our society our desire to have a comfortable life and to work less has begun to manifest itself around the waist.
The bad thing about all this is that the more you gain weight, the more dangerous it becomes. Overweight is synonymous with disease, whether in the form of diabetes or heart disease, it inevitably manifests itself if you do nothing about it. You must be proactive in weight gain and you must work until it reaches a point where you no longer have control. It is not necessarily a question of being toned and sculpted, but at a weight that does not endanger life. You can work on the abs later, right now you just need to get rid of the extra body fat. As society realizes what is happening and we are overweight as a whole, people are trying to catch up and work from behind. They are trying to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
