Dr. Joseph H. Hertz held the positon of Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom in a period encompassing both world wars and the Shoah (1913-1946). A book of Jewish Thoughts is a selection of Jewish wisdom through the millennia and is immensely popular. The book is filled with Jewish history, poetry, stories and statements. It is a wonderful book of thoughts to ponder and learn from to both Jew and Non-Jew alike.
