Armor

From dean of the Harvard Business School to president of BYU-Idaho, Kim B. Clark has had a career filled with pressures of one kind or another. He describes a particularly stressful time: "One night, I awoke from what must have been a nightmare. I felt very anxious, worried, beset with strange thoughts and feelings of dread and darkness. . . . I rolled out of bed onto my knees and asked Heavenly Father to help me. . . .
