The six-volume Comprehensive History of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints originally began as a series of monthly articles written by B.H. Roberts from 1909 to 1915 for the Americana magazine. The articles were published in in the six-volume masterpiece in 1930 in commemoration of the church's Centennial Celebration. The volumes discuss in detail many of the developments and events throughout Mormon History.
Volume Six particularly focuses on the events leading up to the Manifesto and other events to 1930.
