For the most part the writings contained herein are based on a series of radio messages delivered in 1945 under the heading "Youth and the Church."

Though the author talked directly and frankly to the youth about their problems of that day, it is amazing to note that the wisdom of his counsel is so pertinent and applicable to the problems of this present day.
