From the "Our Father" to Life

It is a matter of Life or death to stop in the middle of everyday irritations and to dedicate time to pray: this Prayer helps to restore our inner being, to get some distance from our problems, and then, with a clearer and stronger spirit, to help us solve those problems with more discernment and firmness in our steps on the path of Life.

Jesus went, usually at night, to receive that Life through prayer, and when someone asked Him to teach them how to pray, He told them that real prayer is made inside ourselves, the "place where God is" and where it is impossible to lie. Then He taught them the "Our Father," which relates not only to the person who is praying but also to the community of those who pray.

This book intends to be a way of understanding the profound meaning of this Prayer so that each of us can pray it with awareness and thus benefit from the Happiness that the "Our Father" can generate in each moment of our daily lives.
