Many times, during my journey I noticed that my weight loss plateaued, which meant that something needed to be looked at. Was it my diet, was it lack of exercise, or was my mind not 'on the job?' There is nothing worse than hitting a plateau, analysing what has gone wrong, not discovering anything wrong and then starting to doubt if you can do this thing!

Many diets and associated programs will prescribe a process for you to lose weight over a relatively short period (nothing wrong with that). However, how many of these programs go beyond the initial 'goal weight' or twelve weeks? How many of these programs look great at first, but after a month or two you realise that they are just 'too expensive', so you go back to your old way of eating again.
