Gina was delighted to be invited to the cool girl's table. She was excited to be offered a chance to go window shopping with them Saturday. Then, in the most expensive store, she spots merchandise disappearing into purses or under clothes. Then a skirt is shoved up her sweater and all the girls bolt from the store. If only Gina hadn't run after them. But she did, and she was last, and it was her they caught. Now she's facing a Permanude sentence of at least two years. Can she strip right there in the store? Can she survive walking out through the mall surrounded by a bunch of boys baying at her, "Why are you naked?" and her having to answer, "I shoplifted." It takes her three days to finally face school naked. She expected bad. What she got is way beyond her worst nightmare. How can she survive two entire years of this?
