History of the Conquest of England by the Normans, Volume 2 is an expansive text of over 300 full length pages, detailing the history of England between 1137-1189 A.D.. The Appendix is vast, containing primary source material such as letters form Henry II concerning Thomas Beket, a narrative of the murder of Thoams Beket by Edward Grim, the birth of Robin Hood, and a song on the Battle of Bothwell Bridge.
