9,700 word booklet - Heavy marketing-promotion of mineral supplements has lead to public confusion about the basic building blocks of human health.

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY YOU CAN INCREASE YOUR BONE DENSITY NATURALLY. Here it is, a chain of events:
- Mineral nutrients (only ions in liquid solution count) get into your intestines,
- Mineral ions pass by your intestinal villi,
- If the villi deems the ion safe and needed, the ion is passed directly into the bloodstream,
- Once in the blood, it's taken to where it's useful for repair or building.

We don't absorb minerals in ANY solid form. WE ONLY ABSORB IONS IN LIQUID FORM. This is the only way we can get minerals into our bones and disk vertebrae. The ionic (liquid) state is mandatory for ions to get into your bloodstream.

Oddly even many holistic practitioners are poorly informed about how to preserve healthy bone density as we age. Why isn't the above better known?
- It's radical,
- It argues against most commercial mineral tablets and capsules; at the least, the low effectiveness of these for persons over age 40,
- Water-soluble mineral powders are too common and simple for marketers to make a good profit on.
Water-soluble minerals are one of the easiest and cheapest areas where you can become your own Nutritionist. Water-soluble minerals are remedies "hidden in plain sight," difficult to commercialize and market for a profit.

Anyone interested can correct this by learning about water-soluble minerals. Study this topic and Nature's Plan for minerals in human health, over a lifespan will take shape in your mind. Nature has three plans for human beings to absorb appropriate minerals:

A) In-utero-age 3 - Absorb them from mothers bloodstream and from breast milk, goat milk,

B) Age 4-40 - Ionize minerals, put them into liquid form, in our stomach with Hydrochloric Acid,

C) Age 40-up - Get educated to water-soluble minerals and use them regularly and intelligently.

When minerals don't get into your blood, they can't get to your tissues; they can't get into your bones. If your bone density is low, you need regular, mega-amounts not micro amounts of water soluble mineral powders.

You can stabilize and increase your bone density, reverse overly-porus bones anywhere in your body--if you get educated to optimal water soluble minerals and optimal ways to take them.

Calcium and magnesium are our two main macro-minerals determining healthy adult bone density.

Calcium does less than you think. It only determines the shape of our bones. Calcium is like chalk; it's soft.

Magnesium primarily determines the hardness and precise definition of each bone. Our tooth enamel is all Magnesium.

Water-soluble Calciums and Magnesiums can be used to naturally and easily increase your bone density. This is by far the most natural way to maintain and/or increase your bone density. It is the only easy way to do this after age 35-40.

A casual study of water soluble Magnesium Chloride will also educate you to the connection between water-soluble minerals and blood sugar. How your water tastes or doesn't taste is tiny compared to stabilizing and sustaining your blood sugar and bone density.
