The sole purpose of publishing this book is to share the hardships of our family nightmares after moving to New Hampshire and at the present time. The story describes how the biased judicial system affected our entire family lives in the nation that claims "no one is above the law."

For the last seventeen years, beginning in 2004, our family has been enduring horrible acts of aggression at the hands of state authorities. After we purchased a property and moved to Goffstown, we became a target of local and state public officials. As a result, our dreams, the American dream, turned into nightmares!

As an African American Muslim, Farmer, Entrepreneur, and law-abiding Family, we have encountered enormous abuses of power; we were targeted simply for biding against a high-level state official in a property auction & requesting a legal permit to build a halal abattoir in our farmland. Mr. X, the alleged high-level New Hampshire State Police Official, has conspired to acquire our property? The NHSPD conspiracy in targeting our business to avenge the loss of auctioned property? The public officials have made our lives a living hell; consequently, we have been driving out of our farmland, home, business, and out of the state.

The biased judicial system, corruption, nepotism, racism, bigotry, and abuses of power has no limits; it's nearly impossible to acquire judicial transparency when
the authorities act as judges, juries, and prosecutors. In my humble opinion, "equal justice under the law" is a myth; the majority of the public has no idea how corrupt the judicial system is until they step into the courtroom seeking justice. Despite the evidential facts and the law on our sides, there was not much we could do to convince the cheat authorities to abide by the rules of law.

Does the book explain how the corrupt judicial system operates in New Hampshire, the overt racism, the Superior Court, and the Supreme Court handled the ZBA denial for a legal permit?

The first and second appeal of our case?

On the second time of our appeal with NH Superior Court & The tampering of Court Records and the presiding judge with a conflict?
The overt racism of the New Hampshire authorities?

In a nation "beacon of democracy," people of my generation and my kids' generation are viewed as second-class citizens. As a result, we do not know what equal justice under the law looks likes. I went on a hunger strike in the USA for three months and I have reached near-death experience; the NH state authorities and the USDOJ ignored the outcry of our family for justice?

Out of well-founded fear for my safety, I left my family and the nation to stay safe and alive; I went to Swiss, Germany, and Denmark to seek asylum.
Once again, on April 20, 2016, I left the USA for the UK to seek asylum. Since my arrival to the UK, the Home Office has been persecuting me to the present time due to being African American Muslim.
