In the first part of the book, I discuss the nature of love and common problems encountered in relationships, supported by both theoretical knowledge and real-life examples. In the second part, you will discover ways of coping with the challenges of love and the healing power of love. In this part, you will find practical suggestions and techniques to help you make your own inner journey. In writing this book, I wanted not only to provide information, but also to encourage and support you on your own journey of love. Each of us has different experiences of love in our own lives. It is important to find the commonalities of these experiences and to draw strength from these commonalities so that we can maintain our relationships in a healthier and happier way.
