The Sweet Spot of Humanism:

Not always recognised (sadly sometimes never) is the real toolbox of many an individual on the road to 'true' leadership, entrepreneurship and effective teams management, (Business, Arts or The Sporting World). A natural unforced 'real' correlation between high level IQ and a good dose of the other qualities is extremely rare, but like anything - Can Be Nurtured! Efficient observation of such own qualities (full or empty) takes real honesty, courage and healthy humility.

All of these factors also hinge on another basic equation, and this is basically, how smart (IQ and EQ) is one's team or group in this equation to begin with? Thus recognising the multitude of variances in others' abilities is crucial and at the same time coming across with similar (relatable) intellect. In doing so we read the ongoing (energy) fluctuations around us while at the same time we don't alienate. This opens the channels and expresses our genuine openness. Alongside everything else, disingenuous intentions, condescension and patronization will always be picked up on sooner or later.

**Narcissism Vs. The Now! **

We avoid the all too easy traps of these last few (and narcissism), while practicing genuine objectivity in the now. Along with all our talents we possess such as good looks, high IQ, material objects, sparkling personality (if one could tick all of these boxes, and at times most of us do from time to time, or on the odd occurrence at least), Narcissism is always close at hand.

Humanly we cure any signs of narcissism in ourselves (foremost) by practicing Self-Compassion and Understanding of Ourselves and Our (Present) Human Condition. Our sparkling traits and talents such as looks and prowess begin to lose priority in our natural new state. This opens us up to 'genuine' self-reflection, thus not needing 'others' approval or attention, hence we keep the self-focus at a distance and we keep narcissism at yet a further distance.
