Christmas Day in the Morning is a sweet, short, vintage story of an old, "empty nest" couple who are feeling lonely at Christmas time and the scheme cooked up by one of their grown sons to bring some joy into their lives. It is a charming, old-fashioned Christmas that will make you feel good (Jane, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7665193-on-christmas-day-in-the-morning).
