This book is come form my success lose weight experience.
You do not know how much effort I have to use for such as eating pills for dieting, exercise or even scoop for vomiting after eating. When I try to reduce food for a while, I back to eat everything that I want again. Weight loss effort is fail and I think that I'm not the way to lose my weight. :(
Then I realized that I do not have to starve, I can eat everything but just for the lost weight menu. Then I try to study and make me understand for the "Paleo recipes" and I have do summarized them in this book. I would like to share my success manu to everyone who want to lose the weight as me.
