For some reason Jayne is drawn to the dangers and excitement of the city's back streets where the local prostitutes gather. One evening, suitably dressed, she sets out to attract a customer, joining the other girls on the street. Suffering the ignominy of close scrutiny, Jayne's ardour grows, until a suitable punter chooses her--a good-looking man in his thirties. Recklessly getting into the stranger's car, the driver takes Jayne to his apartment. There she discovers what playing a whore entails. What can I get? asks the stranger. Anything at a price, Jayne replies. But, does she really mean it?
