Valarie always has Bobby's back.

Especially when Bobby clashes with his annoying stepbrother, Ben. No matter how outrageous the situation, she's always there for her best friend.

Then in a ploy to catch his crush's attention, Bobby crosses the line and announces that Valarie is his girlfriend. Ben isn't buying the story and challenges Bobby and Val's romantic connection. Once again Val is forced to play along with another of Bobby's lies, and this one's a doozy. That she's fake dating her best friend to lure her secret crush. A crush that doesn't exist!

Ben has the world on his shoulders. In addition to facing his biggest rival on the track field, he's also planning a surprise anniversary party for his dad and stepmother. Bobby isn't contributing, which leaves Val to pick up the slack like she always does. Since they are spending a lot of time together, it completely makes sense that Ben becomes Val's fake boyfriend. Besides, Ben is a much better match for Valarie. A fake match, of course.

Val's loyalty has always belonged to Bobby. She's always put him first. Will fake dating Ben force her to examine her priorities? Will she put true love first when it means betraying her best friend?
