Sky Dogs

A plane carrying the American ambassador's wife and teenage daughter crashes in the remote Lebombo mountains of the Kruger National Park in South Africa. The two women survive the crash but wild animals are trying to eat them and a gang of violent rhino poachers wants to capture them and sell them into the sex trade. The sun is relentless, the women are dying of heat and thirst and they are all alone in the hostile African bush. Who can come and save them? The Kruger Park's two tough game rangers Zak Stone and Petros Ngidi and their famous sky-diving tracker dogs Arrow and Max jump out of a helicopter on parachutes to come an rescue them. They are just in time to rescue the teenager from the coils of a huge African rock python which is slowly crushing the girl to death. A thrilling story of rescue and survival that ends with an explosive gun battle and hand-to-hand combat in the long African grass. This is much more than just a page-turning thriller - it also gives wonderful insight into the wild animals and birds that live in this massive game reserve and the brave game rangers who patrol its vast territory to protect the wonderful animals which live in it.
