The Archangel Legacy

Detective Ross Kincaid is a rough but effective investigator who has a tendency to bend the rules, which lands him in a conflict with the civilian internal complaints commission. He is restricted to a desk job for several weeks before his boss reluctantly assigns him to the murder investigation of a teenage girl. Meanwhile, Ricky, a young orphan who participates in a church outreach program, cares for Jeremiah, a centurion who is a surviving founding member of the home. And he shares the old man's belief that he is an agent on earth for the Archangel Gabriel. Ricky's mission is to prevent all attempts by people to bring the Church into disrepute.
