-
ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK
The Knight in Rusty Armor has been a real success among its audience, selling more than one million copies worldwide. It is considered to be a motivational book that falls into the self-help category. It is an easy-to-follow narrative, making it accessible to everyone, built with some humor, and is enjoyed by adults, teenagers and children alike.
The book tells a story of a somewhat egocentric man, who lives his life concerned with his appearance. Everything he does is without consideration for his wellbeing, rather with the aim of seeking approval of others...
Little by little he is locked in his armor, which over time rusts and leaves him imprisoned by his appearance. Then comes a life of reflection and recovery for him. He embarks on a journey to free himself from his prison, during which he enlists the help of a magician.
It is an excellent allegory that teaches the importance of being who you are on the inside, without the need to mask your appearance.
