Penny is stuck in a dead end waitress job despite her college degree and she's also stuck with her oversize breasts without enough money to get them surgically reduced. Then, through her submissive roommate, she learns of an opportunity to become a cheerleader for a semi-pro team. She can get the pay and the health insurance she needs for the procedure but their expectations are for extreme and total subservience.
