Our recommendations for running gear will not only make you look sharp, but most importantly- it will help you avoid injury.
Using a bottom to top approach we start at the most essential- socks and shoes, followed by pants and shorts, then shirts, bras, and end at headgear. Other items while optional for some are absolutely essential for others! This includes water bottles, fanny packs, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves and even a runner's GPS- something which can be invaluable if you run outside your normal home-zone.
