The thoughts in my mind is a deep poetry book about the struggles of depression and anxiety. From the feeling of being betrayed, the paranoia of being left behind to the gulf of loneliness that makes the brain shut down and take the worst decisions. It is also a book of hope and recovery. To show how to rely on the people we have, to open up and speak out. How to embrace each day and make sure never to go back to the dark again.
