The main concern of this book is that when your spirit leaves this life, you will have eternal happiness in the presence of Jesus.

Validation of Mike's confirmation is his own supernatural experience of God's protection, which was outside the boundaries of science.  The atheist premise that nothing happens outside the rules of science falls apart with Mike's experience and the experiences of many, many others.
