Captain Kyle is a native Florida cracker with a natural talent for fishing. His high school job as a mate on a local charter drift fishing boat made him a familiar face on the docks. He gets his first shot at a captain's position on a sportfish boat through a friend's recommendation. Now he must prove his worth among the old salty captains and the crusty old boat owner as they enter a billfish tournament in Bimini. About the Author
Karl Gloeckner is a Florida native. With over 35 years holding a 100-ton captain's license, he has travelled through the Bahamas, the Florida Keys and the Gulf of Mexico. His experiences as a yacht captain and avid fisherman hold many humorous scenarios and dramatic situations.
