A Bite Before Dying

Vampires and shifters don't mate. It's impossible, deadly even. Vampires and humans can. Vampires and witches no problem! But vampires and shifters are incompatible. Unfortunately, the remorseless sabre-tooth tiger shifter trying to woo her doesn't seem to have got the message.

Faced with his incessant attentions, centuries-old vampire Juliet finally gives in and allows him to tag along on her investigation into the death of a cougar shifter. His short-tempered approach has its uses, and she finds herself increasingly attracted to him. She hopes he will grow bored of her, but as their relationship grows, Juliet fears for their future, especially when events take an unexpected turn and a long-held vampire secret looks set to explode.
