A Final Kiss

Natalie St. John is engaged to be married to Adam Pennington, a handsome and successful businessman who can keep her in the way in which she has become accustomed. She knows she has every reason in the world to be happy, what with the resplendent wedding her parents have prepared for her and the prospect of a bright future ahead of her.

But Natalie can't seem to shake the haunting memories of her first true love, Joey Renetti, a good-looking waiter on staff at a local café. Although Natalie and Joey once had plans to marry and share a beautiful, albeit simple, life together, Natalie's uppity parents never approved of the relationship. Her mother's condescending attitude toward Joey drove a wedge between the couple, until Natalie decided she couldn't take the stress anymore. She drifted apart from Joey, met and married Adam Pennington.

But try as she might to put Joey Renetti out of her mind, he keeps surfacing in a number of poignant flashbacks throughout the wedding preparations and ceremony. And when the unexpected happens at Natalie and Adam's wedding reception, Natalie St. John Pennington is forced to face the fact that she made the mistake of a lifetime.
