A Love Letter to Myself

In her second book, the author digs deeper into her emotional sensitivities. She brings her readers on a more honed-in tour of her inner feelings about heartbreak, betrayal, loss and loneliness through her poetic identity of how she is growing through life changing circumstances. She has a more in-depth realization of not only who she was, but who she is becoming through her reflections in her poetic manner of thinking. The reader has a sense of inclusion to her world. To see, as it were, "through her eyes how life is unfolding before her."She is not afraid to invite her readers into her personal space, her space of love, loss, achievement, and self reflection hereby creating a sense of poetry as an artistic expression of one's own path to self help. It's here where she expresses how mindfulness is really being aware of oneself and one's surroundings and how that can be a healing process from brokenness.
