Alicia has been summoned yet again by her son's bully. With blackmail hanging over her, she had to keep him happy. She did't realise he was such a skilled bully, enough to manipulate her emotions, and eve her mind. After losing his mother and sister in a car accident, he needed a woman in his life, and Alicia became that woman. He didn't want to let her go, and was ensnaring her ever tighter in his web of control. He reinforced his training regime with punishments and rewards. When she finally realised what he was doing to her, it was too late. She was hooked, immobilised, trapped, and he needed her to remain close.

How she was going to get out of this impossible situation, she had no idea. First she was going to set her mind straight the straighten him out. He was only an eighteen-year-old boy, whereas she was a mature, thirty-six-year-old married woman. He was expecting too much from her, and was putting her through a roller coaster ride of emotions. How much more could she stand? There were moments when she gave up all common sense, and promised him everything. She would have to get him to see sense, with a dose of reality.
