The year is 1990.
Charley, is a failed artist. Actually he's not so much failed as never was. So now he makes a living as a 'houseman' for a disagreeable and dishonest art dealer.
When his boss is tortured and killed by art thieves, Charley realizes he knows where the stolen art is hidden. Unfortunately for Charley, the murderers also think he knows.
The trail leads him from New York to Paris. The murderers are breathing down his neck. Even if he gets to the stolen art first, how does he escape them and keep the money, not to mention his life?
