A Single Ray of Light is a collection of inspirational stories and messages taken from the author's personal life experiences. It is designed to empower the reader to become aware of who he/she really is, to believe in themselves, and to remain steadfast to their hopes and dreams. The author's mission in writing this book is to lift up lives and inspire hope. It is a book of encouragement. Ms. Rose believes that a single word of encouragement can be the backbone of a dream or a ray of hope for someone. All it takes is "one"...one voice, one sign to give another "hope" to continue on. Each of the nine chapters in the book illuminates the paths to self-awareness (finding yourself), self-acceptance (loving yourself), and believing in yourself (creating the life you want to live).
