Five men from a criminal gang in London get sent to the South Coast of England to track down and return one of their kind who was expelled and left 30 years earlier. Dave's established a new life in that time, giving intense guitar lessons amongst other things, and visciously lets them know he has no intention of going back to that world. They're coming to get him and the only warning is a coded phone call from the hotel desk; they're on their way up in the lift.
