Aelius fails to qualify for any number of reasons, not least of which being that he's the Wicked Witch of the West's nephew. But his aunt wants to have a spy inside Glinda's new school, and she isn't about to take no for an answer. It will take every scrap of skill and cunning he has if he's to accomplish his mission, particularly when he finds himself appointed captain of the academy's least popular squad. He soon discovers that he's not the only student with a shady past and an ulterior motive, and he might just be in over his head
