African Youths

Of my travel around Africa, I have seen so many Africans with great potential, but not being able to realise their full talent. They do not lack the right skill set; they rather lack the right mindset. Sadly, when growing up, most Africans do not have a role model in life to look up to, nor examples of success stories happening around them. As human beings, we follow others' behaviour. When their parents, or friends are living a reactive life, they are simply being programmed to also live a reactive life.
