Wangoola-Wangoola Ndawula is the inventor and lead theoretician of the " theory of liberation
education" of Afrika and the Afrikan Black Nation, together with all the formerly colonized, oppressed
and occupied lands, countries, nations and peoples under global Ameripean imperialism.
He believes that no country, nation or people can make civilizational contribution to human progress without cognitive autonomy; but that cognitive autonomy is impossible outside a people's own mother-tongue. The use of foreign colonial languages (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic) as the medium of instruction in education, in literature and offi cial government communication is the principal starter reason why Afrika is locked in a relationship of servitude with the owners of the foreign languages Afrikans are lumbered with.
