"In the darkest days, when I feel inadequate, unloved and unworthy, I remember whose daughter I am and I straighten my crown."
Every girl looks up to her father as her Super Hero. He treats her like a princess and ensures that she never knows no want. For my sisters and me, Pappaji did that and so much more. He inspired not just his daughters but also his sons-in-law, his grandchildren and countless others who came in touch with
him. For me, Pappaji was, is and continues to be the energy source that drives me, inspires me, urges me and pushes me. I am what I am today only because of what he taught me throughout his life.
Every minute I spent with him, from the warmth of his palms to by his bedside as he fought numerous struggles and ailments; I learnt.
He was an authoritarian when needed, indulgent when needed, he was patient and a true friend always. 'Ajay Doshi Meri Nazro Se' is my tribute to my Pappaji; a man whose life inspired many and whose teachings continue to stay relevant and motivate each one of us touched by him.
"My Pappaji didn't tell me how to live. He lived and let me watch him do it."
