How far would you go to save a friend?
Homeschooled Amelia is excited to return to regular school after years of traveling and can't wait to make new friends. However, the transition is much harder than Amelia imagined. Everything about her feels wrong, from her clothes
to her complete lack of pop-culture knowledge.
So when Amelia is given the opportunity to work at an alpaca ranch, she's overjoyed by the chance to be doing something she's good attaking care of animals. And soon, the alpacas and their owners start to feel like real friends.
