Amidst a Breakdown is a poignant collection of poetry that journeys the realms of life while battling borderline personality disorder. Through six sections divided by color resembling the essence of each piece, the poems and prose within highlight childhood trauma, relationships, loss, and try to explain the anguish of being at war with oneself.

A great deal of people are silently fighting internal demons. These pieces are a reminder that you are not alone with the pain and trauma. There are people who understand what you are dealing with.
