We often learn our most important lessons when we are challenged by something that removes us from our comfort zone. All of us have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in unique yet similar ways.

However, it can also open a door to growth in ways we did not anticipate. Seeing the ways their peers cope with changes in their own lives can provide new and eye-opening insights on how to meet their own challenges. This insight may enable them to develop a sense of empathy and kindness.
