Annoying Neighbor

An annoying neighbor is, well, annoying. That's how Maggie Mendenhall finds her neighbor, Thomas Apadacaannoying. His leaning on her fence annoys her. His ridiculous sense of humor annoys her. His butting into her business annoys her. Although Maggie and Thomas are both nearing forty years of age, neither one has ever been married. Maggie, a little on the "uptight" side, is committed to running her bakery, and, until recently, loyal to a much older man. Now Thomas is a wealthy owner of a construction company and continues to play the field until he discovers Maggie has broken it off with her long-time companion, Rex. That's when everything changes for Thomas, a wise-cracking clown, a smooth-talking Texan, a manipulator, a man with a purpose, a man with lists, a man who will marry Margaret Rose Mendenhall. Soon after realizing he's not making any progress winning Maggie's heart, Thomas decides there's only one thing left to trysell his own home and move in with her. Uh-oh!
