This small but seminal volume engages with the foundations of Western literature by recasting the Garden of Eden myth from a story about disobedience to one of voluntary and necessary self-actualization. Meet Anwas, the firstborn son of Adam and Eve, born at the moment the parents stepped from Paradise into the wilderness.
