Arabella is a curious, tenacious little girl on a quest to live her best life. She loves her family and friends and is on a mission to figure life out for herself.

Arabella Discovers a Magical World, is the first in a series, and sees Arabella faced with the challenge of choosing her dream job. All her friends seem to know exactly how things are going to work out in the future, but Arabella is perplexed . until she meets Miss Sparkle. And so, the journey into awakening and growth begins as Arabella learns about the magic of Energy Healing. In later books, she learns to meditate and teaches the value of kindness and forgiveness.

The Arabella series was written to develop a curiosity for and give children insight into the power we hold within us all to heal from and cope with modern day life. These books are based on a premise from The Dalai Lama: "If every 8-year-old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation." He is right when we practise meditation (and the gift of Energy Healing) we become better human beings and our world is filled with love just the way we wish it for our children and their children to come.
