Can two babies plus one quarantine equal a happy family?

Nikki's happy to rearrange her schedule as a real-estate saleswoman to spend a weekend taking care of her adorable godchildren while their parents go on a cruise. But when the ship is struck by a virus and the passengers are forced into quarantine, Nikki's time as substitute mom threatens to stretch out for weeks.
