Bald Blond Case

Jones on early morning patrol finds a stopped but running car. The blond lady does not respond, and he breaks a window. She is dead, and the car is very hot inside. She has a long blond wig on which slips off some as they move her to the medical unit. She appears to be bald.
The medical people can find no cause of death nor a time. With no cause the case is given to Inspector Strong. After days of review the have Sally Bird's history. She was working on an IPO to be issued. She is a junior but doing a good job. She started asking for original documents usually not needed for an IPO. The IPO is valued at $200 million.
No one at work ever mentioned her long blond wig.
How and why was she murdered? Why the blond wig when she was found in her car? Why was the car so hot? What does it have to do with the IPO?
