Sarah wanted to share her inner sanctuary. She wanted to share it because life throws messes at us, yet God is always there. She always likes to seek the amazing grace in everyday good and bad moments because once you find yourself doing that, you feel a whole lot smaller and God feels a whole lot bigger.

Within these pages, we travel together through a year of Sarah's life, a year of boot campa boot camp that allowed her to experience God's grace like never before, a boot camp that's filled with cancer and loss. Sarah helps us recognize God's grace in our lives and our place in the world. She shares her boot camp experience filled with training on how to be still. Be still and know that He is God.
