For the first time in many years, one of the houses down Beechnest Lane has come up for sale. A small, private Lane of Edwardian houses, set within a remote woodland of beech trees. The houses down the lane have been unoccupied for years and now number 12 has been put on the market - for an impossibly low price. It has a history though, and not a pleasant one. Will the unwitting new resident of Beechnest Lane, still be pleased with his purchase once he learns its history, which was left undisclosed by the agent.
The sudden appearance of Larry, the proud new owner of 12 Beechnest, doesn¿t go unnoticed. His presence has caught the attention of something, or someone, deep into the woods surrounding the lane.
