This is not an intensive program but rather a beginners guide covering the basics of how to start and continue to live a positive lifestyle. The 6 steps (and Bonus sections) contained here are all things I did when I began and continue to do to this day. They're some of the most important parts of my journey from the self-centered, negative, unhappy, miserable to be around human being I was, into the positive, patient, empathetic, spiritual being I am today. I beagn this journey over 15 years ago, and continue to learn and grow everyday.
