It was a beautiful spring day. I remember that day very well. There were going to be new appointments to the Board of Directors of our professional volleyball club. My track record at the Bank showcased my knack for orchestrating impactful organizational changes. I was a trailblazer, venturing into new frontiers within the institution. Yet, stepping into the role of a sports club manager? That's a whole new ball game! The burning question: "Do I have what it takes for this exciting challenge?"

These thoughts were swirling in my mind when suddenly I found myself actively involved. Who could have known on that day, I would contribute to achieving the first championship in the history of a professional volleyball club that hadn't experienced a championship in 40 years?

My contribution to this process became one of the most important experiences I gained in my professional life. So, with the belief that the experience I gained could one day benefit everyone, I decided to write this book. I tried to write this book sometimes like a novel and sometimes using an academic language. My aim was to tell you a sincere story that you would enjoy reading while also conveying critical points for those managing or aspiring to manage a sports club, contributing to achieving many championships.

May the book lead you to many successful days ahead...
