Beyond belief

Gaslighting and narcissist are words I have never had to use before but are 2 word's that have changed my life. I never understood why my life had got so crazy until I watched a you tube video searching for answers to what was happening to me. After watching a 15 minute video I was in tears and I had just heard something that made complete sense to me and it was my life. Although it made sense, it still didn't make much sense. It was when I looked into it a bit further i started to realise that is wasn't supposed to make sense and that is part of gaslighting. I also looked into narcissists and that is one of there games they like to play. They actually like to play a lot of games. They constantly play mind games with you and are extremely manipulative and have no empathy. The rage is surprising and that is one of the ways they use to control you and other people. It was watching a video titled when they know you know I realized I had done everything wrong dealing with him. I have tried everything I can to get out of this but just ended up in more trouble and that was when I knew that it will never end. He would do things in front of me and then tell people I made it up when I complained, it was complaining and telling people what he does that got me here. It all began when I was 14 and grew into something so ridiculous it is beyond belief.
