Despite being a lab rat most of his adult life, Dr. Rice isn't a flighty academic. She find this candidate in the person of Justine, an aging business savvy attorney who is also a transdgender woman. Paula proves the viability of her formula by injecting Justine with it and turning her into a strapping young man.
The two of them market the formula mostly to wealthy aging Hollywood divas intent of making a comeback, and make millions of dollars.
